Compact polycarbonate is one of the best technical plastics due to its ease of transformation and its excellent physical and mechanical properties.

Currently, practically all cars produced in Europe and the USA have anti-abrasion polycarbonate headlights. The demand for compact polycarbonate in Europe represents around 400.000 tonnes per year, that is, a third of the world demand. The polycarbonate market is growing with the creation of new applications and a significant increase in demand from current sectors.
