VITBOND® is an aluminium composite panel with a polyethylene core, especially suitable for the VISCOM (visual communication) sector, which is characterised by its high printing quality. The treatment of its external aluminium layers offers an optimal ink adhesion, showing brighter and shinier colours. In addition, the aluminium composite panels have an ultra-smooth surface on both sides which allows direct photographic printing on the aluminium giving a high level of image quality. The VITBOND® composite panel is a co-extruded product ideal for outdoor communication, thanks to its weather resistance, due to the high adhesion of the aluminium to the inner core, which prevents delamination. For handling, VITBOND® aluminium composite panels have a protective film that is easy to remove, without the need to rest your hand on the surface. This film is also antistatic so that, after removal, it can be printed directly onto the aluminium composite. The 0.2 mm aluminium layers of VITBOND® are of premium quality, offering high mechanical performance that allows the composite panel to be bent several times without breaking. With its CE-certified quality, VITBOND® is manufactured in Europe, enabling fast and efficient delivery on a regular basis. VITBOND® aluminium composite panels are offered in a wide range of colours, also available in mirror surface, and it is also possible to manufacture a specific colour required by the customer for a minimum quantity in a short time.
